Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in the infrastructure sector, specifically in transport, health and human services or power and utilities sectors. The ideal candidate will have exceptional business writing and economic or financial modeling skills. ### Roles and Responsibility Lead end-to-end engagements across the life cycle of infrastructure projects. Prepare business proposals and presentations for clients. Conduct research and data collection, and analyze findings in various fields within public and private sectors. Support government clients from project evaluation to procurement and financial close, including planning and scoping projects, managing stakeholders, and evaluating bids. Manage workflow within the team, allocating work, ensuring timely delivery, and conducting quality reviews. Travel on assignments abroad as required. ### Job Requirements Master's degree in economics, finance, or business administration. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the infrastructure sector. Demonstrated experience in producing high-quality written deliverables, particularly in business case or policy development contexts. Experience in undertaking economic or financial modeling. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of research databases like Factiva, ThomsonONE, Capital IQ, BMI, etc. Ability to coach and mentor team members on writing, technical skills, and soft skills. A team-oriented approach with commercial acumen, technical experience, and enthusiasm for learning new things in a fast-paced environment.
