Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate Manager to join our Strategy team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in strategy consulting, with a strong background in growth strategy, market entry assessment, go-to-market strategy, strategic options study, portfolio & corporate strategy, business model redesign, strategic cost evaluation, digital & innovation strategy, financial and business research. ### Roles and Responsibility Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies for clients across various industries. Conduct market assessments and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities and challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market strategies and implement business models. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients on portfolio optimization and corporate strategy. Design and deliver training programs to enhance client capabilities and knowledge. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients. ### Job Requirements Proven experience in strategy consulting, with a focus on growth strategy, market entry assessment, and go-to-market strategy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Strong understanding of financial and business research principles and practices. Experience working with global stakeholders and managing multiple projects simultaneously. A Master's degree is required. Proficiency in tools like PowerBI, Alteryx, etc., is desirable.
