Experience: 2-5 Years Location: Chhattisgarh (Ready to relocate) Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Data Analytics / Risk & Compliance / IT Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SAS Developer with 2-5 years of experience to join our analytics team. The candidate will support data-driven decision-making through the development of SAS programs, dashboards, and reports. This role involves working on regulatory reporting, risk analytics, customer segmentation, and nancial data processing. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain SAS programs for data extraction, transformation, and reporting in alignment with banking operations. Support analytics initiatives in areas like credit risk, fraud detection, regulatory compliance, customer behaviour analysis, etc. Develop automated SAS reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies (e.g., RBI, BASEL, AML). Perform data validation, data quality checks, and root cause analysis of data issues. Collaborate with business users, data scientists, and IT teams to ensure accurate and timely data solutions. Document technical specifications, data lineage, and project deliverables. Expert in SAS tool like BASE SAS, SAS DI, data management concept, SAS VA, SAS Viya. Experience in RDBMS like Oracle, SQL Server, OS Unix, Unix shell scripts Windows Ability to map customer requirements and solution design to SAS solutions using dierent tools, techniques and interfaces. Must be able to build and maintain SAS DI Studio jobs, job ows within Platform LSF and troubleshoot job failures. Create reports & Developer dashboard and analyse the results to mitigate business problem using available object like line chart, pie chart, tree map, Region map, Bar graph, Various Gaugue etc.

Required Skills & Qualications:
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related discipline. 2-5 years of hands-on experience in SAS Base, SAS Macros, SAS SQL, SAS DI, SAS VA, SAS VI, SAS Viya, and working with large datasets. Understanding of banking data models such as customer data, transaction data, credit card data, and loan data. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance data reporting requirements in banking. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and data validation skills. Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata). Good communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Exposure to SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS Visual Analytics, or SAS DI Studio. Knowledge of risk modelling, Basel norms, AML/KYC processes, or regulatory reporting.
