As a Digital Analytics Manager at our company, you will provide full leadership and supervisory responsibility to your team. Your role will involve offering operational and service leadership, applying in-depth disciplinary knowledge, and contributing to the development of new techniques and plans within your expertise. Excellent communication and diplomacy skills will be essential in this role. You will have responsibility for the volume, quality, and timeliness of end results, as well as shared responsibility for planning and budgets. Your work will impact an entire area, ultimately affecting the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family. Your responsibilities will include ensuring motivation and development of your team through professional leadership, which involves duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions, terminations, and direction of daily tasks and responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Work with large and complex data sets to evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of business strategies - Identify and compile data sets using tools like SAS, SQL, Pyspark to help predict, improve, and measure the success of key business outcomes - Document data requirements, data collection/processing/cleaning, and exploratory data analysis, potentially utilizing statistical models/algorithms and data visualization techniques - Specialize in digital and marketing - Appropriately assess risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, rules, and regulations, as well as safeguarding the company's reputation and assets Qualifications & Working Experience: - 8-12 years of working experience - Understanding of Adobe Analytics along with strong SAS Coding experience - Understanding of financials and PNL metrics - Good communication skills to coordinate with senior business leaders - Experience in financial services, with an understanding of credit card business - Exposure to Digital Business & knowledge of Digital Performance KPIs is preferred This job description provides a high-level overview of the work performed.
