Job Description

Role - Senior Developer SAP Transportation Management

Preferred candidate profile

Function knowledge of different SAP Modules
SAP Business objects tools
Strong knowledge of transportation management processes and industry best practices.
Experience with SAP TM configuration and customization.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Project management experience is a plus.

Role & responsibilities

Transportation Processes:
A solid understanding of end-to-end transportation processes, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with industry-specific transportation regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.
Implementation Experience:
Hands-on experience in implementing SAP TM projects, including full lifecycle implementations and upgrades.
Project Planning: Ability to plan and execute SAP TM projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.
Stakeholder Management:
Effective communication with business stakeholders, users, and IT teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Continuous Improvement:
Proactively look for opportunities to optimize and improve existing SAP TM processes.
User Training:
Ability to conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they can effectively use SAP TM.
