Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver
end-to-end SAP TM implementation projects
(at least 12 full lifecycle implementations).
Configure and support SAP TM modules including
Planning, Execution, Charge Management
, and
Settlement
.
Gather business requirements and convert them into functional specifications.
Work on
Freight Unit (FU), Freight Order (FO), Freight Agreements, Tariffs, and Rate Determination
.
Integrate SAP TM with
SAP ECC/S/4HANA
,
EWM
,
SD
,
MM
, and other logistics modules.
Conduct workshops, prepare design documents, test scripts, and lead UAT.
Support go-live and provide post-implementation support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Skills & Experience:

6+ years of experience in SAP TM
(Functional).
Mandatory: At least 12 end-to-end SAP TM implementation projects.
Strong knowledge of
Transportation Planning
,
Load Consolidation
,
Optimization
, and
Execution
.
Experience with
SAP TM 9.x or S/4HANA TM
.
Good understanding of logistics and supply chain business processes.
Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience with
Agile methodologies
.
SAP TM certification.
Experience in
PI/PO, EDI
, or other integration technologies.
