SAP TM Consultant

Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP TM Consultant to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Transportation Management and a proven track record of delivering successful implementations. As a consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure SAP Transportation Management (TM) solutions based on business requirements.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using SAP TM functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design optimal solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on SAP TM processes and functionalities.
• Conduct system testing and ensure that solutions meet quality standards before deployment.
• Stay updated on SAP TM releases and enhancements to recommend relevant updates to clients.

Skills and Qualifications

• 6-9 years of experience in SAP Transportation Management (TM) implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management concepts.
• Proficiency in SAP TM configuration including but not limited to freight order management, shipment processing, and charge calculation.
• Experience with integration of SAP TM with other SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and third-party applications.
• Good knowledge of ABAP programming and debugging skills for custom developments in SAP TM.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
