About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP Functional Testing Specialist with a strong background in S/4HANA implementations and SAP business processes. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in manual testing across multiple SAP modules and be comfortable working in overlapping US EST hours.Key Responsibilities8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP testing across multiple projects.Strong exposure to S/4HANA environments, including Fiori apps validation and integration testing.Expertise in manual test case design, execution, defect management, and reporting.Deep knowledge of core SAP modules, especially:Order to Cash (OTC) / Sales & Distribution (SD)Procure to Pay (P2P)Ability to map end-to-end business processes into test scenarios.Experience with functional, regression, system integration, and end-to-end testing.Familiarity with test management tools such as HP ALM, JIRA, or equivalent.Understanding of SAP data migration and validation processes.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and suggest solutions.Other RequirementsWilling to work in US EST overlap hours (3 PM 12 AM IST).Self-driven and able to work independently in a remote setup.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
