SAP Technical Practice Lead

As an experienced professional with over 15 years of experience, you will be responsible for heading and incubating the SAP Practices. You should have a proven track record of managing a minimum of 250 people and performing pre-sales or customer-facing roles. Additionally, you must have experience in managing alliances and large SAP programs. Your excellent customer-facing skills, hands-on experience in SAP/ABAP, and other technologies will be essential for this role. Your role will also require good interpersonal skills, experience in delivery, and the ability to identify and mitigate project/program risks. You should have expertise in effective client management systems, technology deliveries, and influencing at the senior-most levels in the organization. Knowledge or experience with Agile Methodologies will be advantageous for this position.
