Job Summary We are hiring a skilled and passionate Trainer with hands-on experience in SAP (FI preferred), Tally Prime, GST, and ZOHO Books Finance to join our team in Kochi. The trainer will be responsible for delivering classroom and online training sessions to students and professionals, and occasionally travel to colleges for on-site sessions. Key Responsibilities Conduct training sessions on: SAP (Financial Accounting module preferred) Tally Prime with GST ZOHO Books Finance Deliver both offline (in-classroom) and online training as per schedule. Develop training materials, presentations, and assessments tailored to various learner levels. Provide hands-on demos, case studies, and practice tasks to enhance learning. Track student performance and provide constructive feedback. Occasionally travel to colleges across Kerala or South India to conduct workshops or sessions. Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling, feedback collection, and program updates. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related fields. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in training/teaching SAP, Tally, GST, and ZOHO tools. Strong knowledge of current accounting practices and software. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Malayalam . Willingness to travel occasionally for college-based training programs. Passionate about teaching and mentoring students and professionals. Preferred Skills Certification in SAP FI or related modules. Experience working with educational institutions or EdTech companies.
