Job Description

As a SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Lead with 6-9 years of experience, you will be responsible for Compensation Implementation & Support. You should have in-depth knowledge of the Success Factor EC module and business processes related to the Compensation cycle. Your expertise should include setting up compensation plan templates, guidelines, and eligibility rules. You will be expected to create budgets, perform budget calculations, and have experience with RBP & XML. Integration of EC with Compensation is also a key aspect of this role. In addition, you should be adept at setting up Compensation Statements. Your skills should enable you to effectively lead a team and independently manage any compensation or variable projects.,
