Job Description

Role Overview: As an SAP SF WFA Consultant at Wipro, you will be an expert in SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics and People Analytics with a minimum of 4 years of experience, including at least 1 full life cycle implementation and 2 support projects. Your main responsibilities will involve gathering requirements, analyzing, designing, and implementing SuccessFactors WFA/People Analytics. Key Responsibilities: - Possessing overall 4+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics (WFA). - Demonstrating 3+ years of hands-on experience in SF reporting tools such as Report Center, Report-Story, ORD, AdHoc report, Tiles/Dashboard, and BIRT. Experience in Report Stories and BIRT is essential. - Having completed a minimum of 1 end-to-end implementation and 2 support projects of SuccessFactors WFA. - Understanding data specifications, key terminologies like Measures, Dimensions, etc. - Familiarity with Metric packs like Core Workforce Mobility, Performance, Recruitment, etc. - Interpreting business requirements related to reporting and analytics. - Holding SF certification in People Analytics Embedded edition or Workforce Analytics, contributing to Client workshops, supporting cutover document preparation, Go-live activities, and Hypercare support. - Designing and building reports/Dashboards as per business requirements. - Basic understanding of SuccessFactors modules like EC, PMGM, SPCDP, Recruiting, etc. - Hands-on Knowledge of MS-SQL is an added advantage. Understanding Query workspace, Investigate tool, and Headlines in WFA. - Being flexible to work as per business requirements. - Expertise in proposing solutions to business challenges, with experience in designing functional and technical solutions. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations, chairing meetings, workshop facilitation, business, and report writing. - Good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes. - Certification in Employee Central & Onboarding 2.0 is mandatory.
