Skill: SAP SuccessFactors - Employee Central Years of experience: 5 to14 Years Walk-In-Drive Location: Hyderabad Walk-in-Location Details:Kohinoor Park Plot No 1, Hitech City Road, Rd Number 1, HITEC City, Hyderabad, Telangana 500084 Drive Time: 9 am to 1:00 PM Date: 14-Jun-25 JD Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) configuration and administration. Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB) module functionalities. Experience with integration of RCM and ONB with other SuccessFactors modules and external systems. Proven experience in end-to-end implementation projects of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Experience in HR processes and systems, with a strong understanding of core HR functions. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration and administration. Proficient in configuring workflows, business rules, and data models in Employee Central. Familiarity with data migration, data mapping, and integration tools like SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
