Job Summary :
The SAP SuccessFactors ECP Consultant will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solution. This includes configuring the system to meet evolving business needs, ensuring data integrity between Employee Central and ECP, troubleshooting complex payroll issues, and guaranteeing compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a deep understanding of payroll processes and a commitment to delivering high-quality support and solutions.Key Responsibilities :
System Configuration and Maintenance :
- Conduct thorough testing of configurations and enhancements to ensure accuracy and functionality before deployment.
Payroll Operations and Support :
- Perform comprehensive payroll validations, reconciliations, and audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution for payroll-related issues, working closely with HR, finance, and IT teams.
Data Integration Management :
- Monitor integration jobs, resolve data synchronization errors, and implement improvements for data transfer efficiency.
Compliance and Reporting :
requirements (e.g., tax, social security, benefits, labor laws).
- Generate and analyze various payroll reports for internal stakeholders and external compliance needs.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and advise on necessary system adjustments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
- Act as a subject matter expert for ECP, providing guidance and support to various teams.
User Training and Documentation :
- Create and maintain detailed system documentation, including configuration workbooks, process flows, and solution designs.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Experience :
- 3+ years of direct, hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
- ECP Expertise : Strong, in-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors ECP core functionalities, including :
1. Payroll schemas and rules (PCRs)
2. Wage type configuration
3. Reporting and payroll results processing
4. Off-cycle payroll management
- Module Integration : Solid understanding of Employee Central (EC) functionalities and its integration points with ECP, including EC Payroll Master Data replication.- Payroll Control Center (PCC) : Demonstrated experience with SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Control Center (PCC) for payroll process monitoring, error handling, and analytics.- Payroll Compliance : Proven ability to ensure payroll compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements in various regions.- Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.- Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Nice to Have / Preferred Qualifications :
