We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Lead to drive the end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors for our organization. The ideal candidate should have 15 years of experience, including 10+ years specifically in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, with strong expertise in stakeholder management, vendor management, and project leadership. The role requires deep knowledge of SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting Management, Compensation, and Onboarding.
1. SuccessFactors Implementation & Project Management
2. Lead the end-to-end SuccessFactors implementation, from requirement gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
3. Drive workshops and stakeholder discussions to finalize implementation stra tegies.
4. Oversee system configuration, data migration, and integration with other HR & ERP systems.
5. Ensure adherence to SAP Activ ate methodology and implementation best practices.
6. Lead release management activities, analyzing SAP updates and recommending changes.
7. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
8. Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, SAP consultants, and external vendors.
9. Demonstrated experience in managing vendors, including contract negotiations, service level agreements (SLAs), and performance monitoring.
10. Conduct regular meetings with leadership, HR teams, and technical teams to ensure alignment.
11. Work closely with business process owners to optimize SuccessFactors functionality.
12. Manage relationships with SAP Support, third-party vend ors, and external consultants for issue resolution.3. SuccessFactors Expertise
13. Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Performance & Goals, Recruiting Management (RCM), Compensation, Onboarding 2.0, and Payroll (ECP).
14. Configure workflow s, role-based permissions, business rules, time-off management, and data models.
15. Support data migration, instance refresh activities, and SuccessFactors integrations.
16. Provide functional support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.4. Change Management & Training
17. Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions for HR teams and employees.
18. Drive adoption of Success Factors by demonstrating business benefits and best practices.
19. Define and implement a structured management approach to ensure smooth transitions.
1. 15 years of total experience, with at least 10+ years in SAP SuccessFactors Implementation.
2. Proven track record of leading multiple end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations.
3. Expertise in Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting Management, Compensation, and Onboarding.
4. Strong stakeholder and vendor management, communication, and leadership skills.
5. Experience working in a global environment with multi-geography implementations.
6. Familiarity with SA P Activate methodology, SuccessFactors provisioning, and release management.
7. Experience in SAP Payroll, Time Management, and integration is a plus.
1. SAP SuccessFactors Certified in Employee Central, ECP, RCM, and ONB 2.0.
Experience in mergers & acquisitions involving SuccessFactors integration.
2. Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices.
3. Experience in SAP S/4 HANA HR or hybrid implementations
