Receive, log, and follow up on tickets related to HR applicationsResolve first- and second-level technical and functional issues.Escalate complex cases to technical team.
Assist users with business processes Validate data and perform functional configurations within the systems.Help interpret system errors and messages.
Maintain a knowledge base with solutions to common issues.Create user manuals, quick guides, and operational procedures.
Maintain constant interaction with end users, technical teams, HR, and vendors.Coordinate with the rest of the team.Participate in follow-up meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
Track support KPIs (resolution times, ticket volume, and user satisfaction).Generate periodic reports for HR and IT.Identify trends and propose improvements.
Support functional testing (UAT) of new versions or enhancements.Validate changes in test environments before moving to production.Communicate relevant changes to users.
