SAP Successfactor Consultant

As a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant - PMGM for our Esteemed Client, your role will involve working with the IT Talent Management Product team in an Agile delivery environment. You should have experience in Goals, Performance, Learning modules, as well as experience in SF integrations via APIs, CPI, etc. It is mandatory to have relevant experience of 4+ yrs in PMGM. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the IT Talent Management Product team in an Agile delivery environment - Work on Goals, Performance, Learning modules and SF integrations via APIs, CPI, etc - Successfully deliver large, multi-module SuccessFactors projects - Manage system testing to ensure thorough procedures testing before release - Preferably have SF Area Certification - Focus on IT skills in SF Area, not Business HR CVs - SAP R3 experience is not required Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors - Proven track record in delivering large, multi-module SuccessFactors projects - Deep and comprehensive knowledge of SAP/SuccessFactors software - Relevant experience of 4+ years in PMGM - SF Area Certification is preferred If interested in this role, please share your CV on Surabhi@deft360.com.
