Role: SAP Success Factors Employee Central Consultant Position: Full Time Location: Remote Salary: Open Work Timings: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST Need someone who can join immediately or in 15 days. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification 5+ years of relevant Employee Central (hands on) experience in implementation Projects or support Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Working knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central system Understand development lifecycle and IT operations. Configuration knowledge of relevant applications/modules/platforms within SuccessFactors Utilizes user-centric design concepts in conjunction with agile development and testing processes to support development of highly engaging technology solutions. Ability to use business knowledge, sound judgment, and resourcefulness to design and deploy highly reliable and sustainable technology solutions. Applies knowledge of business principles and technology practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional activities. Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
