Role : SAP SuccessFactors - Career Development Program (CDP) Experience :6-8 Years Location : Ahmedabad Please find the job description mentioned below Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 6 years’ experience in SuccessFactors Succession Planning and career development planning Minimum 1 End to End implementation experience in SF SPCDP including experience should have basic knowledge of other modules Understanding of business processes related to Core HR Certified in SuccessFactors Succession, Career Development and Mentoring is a plus The candidate must have strong problem-solving skills, be self-directed, and be capable of working with minimal supervision. Must have a strong, demonstrated commitment to customer service and be committed to a proactive review of processes and procedures to continually enhance service quality, service delivery, and support. Good interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers. Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment Ability to travel to client sites Track record of creating enduring client relationships based on trust, successful business development and credible program execution. Good analytical thinking. Ability to engage stakeholders. Takes ownership of problems and respond in a proactive manner where appropriate.
