Job Description

8 -10 years
of hands-on experience with
SAP ECC & S/4HANA
in
SD
and
SM
modules.
Strong expertise in
Sales and Distribution, Logistics Execution, In-House Service, Customer Service, Samples, Rentals
.
Hands-on experience with
Sales Orders, Delivery, Service orders, Service Notifications, Equipment master.
Experience integrating SAP SM/SD with
MM/ IM/WM, PP, CS, FICO, Fiori, GTS, PW
.
At least
two full-cycle SAP implementations
in SD/SM modules, S4HANA implementations preferred.
Knowledge of service management and experience in
FDA-regulated environments
(preferred).
Familiarity with
SAP BTP and GTS
is a plus.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and SAP ABAP code-reading skills.
Proficiency in project methodologies, including
Agile, ASAP, and Change Management
.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with business and IT stakeholders.
Skilled in the use of the following productivity tools: MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Project and Visio are required.
Experience in ticketing tools like Service Now, Jira, Panaya is a plus.
Bachelors degree
in computer science or related field (Master’s preferred).
SAP Certification
in SD, SM or other logistics modules preferred.
