SAP SF Compensation Consultant/EC

As an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant/Employee Central (EC), you will be responsible for collaborating with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to compensation and employee central processes. Your role will involve configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Employee Central modules according to best practices, ensuring that the solutions meet the client's needs effectively. You will provide guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation and post-implementation phases, conducting training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on SAP SuccessFactors functionalities. Additionally, you will be required to prepare documentation such as functional specifications, user manuals, and training materials. Troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to the Compensation and Employee Central modules will also be a part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should possess 5-15 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Employee Central, along with a strong understanding of compensation processes and related business practices. Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors configuration and implementation is essential, as well as experience in integrating SAP SuccessFactors with other SAP modules or third-party systems. Your analytical and problem-solving skills will be put to the test, along with your excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with stakeholders at all levels. The role requires the flexibility to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Possessing a SAP SuccessFactors certification would be considered a plus.
