Job Description

Lead and manage SAP security architecture and implementation across modules like ECC, S/4HANA, BW, BTP, Fiori, and HANA Own role design, user access management, segregation of duties (SoD), and compliance strategy Manage and implement SAP GRC Access Control (ARM, ARA, BRM, EAM) for compliance and risk mitigation Conduct security risk assessments and audit-readiness evaluations Collaborate with business stakeholders, audit teams, and SAP functional leads to ensure proper access control policies Review and approve changes to user roles and authorizations ensuring adherence to internal policies Lead SAP security projects, including migrations (ECC to S/4HANA), upgrades, and new implementations Develop and maintain security documentation, standards, and training materials Provide mentorship, code review, and guidance to junior security team members Act as the main point of contact for all SAP security-related escalations
