SAP SD Lead

Role Overview: You will support the BE Lead in implementing, monitoring, and documenting the status of various improvement initiatives within the BU/sub-unit. Key Responsibilities: - Define the annual plan for the Business Excellence function for the BU or sub-unit. - Conduct studies across the planning/delivery team to identify improvement opportunities. - Document all excellence activities. - Plan and implement on-ground process audits. - Follow Sterlite's values while practicing continual improvement. Qualifications Required: - Engineer with 2-6 years of experience. - Understanding of Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies. - Minimum 5-8 years of experience in full cycle implementation and support projects, specifically in SAP SD - Bokaro. - Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and configuring SD modules. - Experience in implementing S4 HANA with monitoring infrastructure for performance optimization. - Cloud experience, e.g., SAP with RISE. - Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects simultaneously. - Experience in a Professional Services or Distribution company is an asset. - Understanding of accounting business processes. - Ability to comprehend business processes from a customer perspective. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with others.
