Role & responsibilities

• Assist in SAP SD Module Configuration:

  Support the configuration and customization of the SAP Sales and Distribution module based on business requirements.

• Sales Order Management:

  Learn and assist in setting up sales order processing workflows, including order creation, delivery, and billing.

• Integration with Other SAP Modules:

  Gain exposure to the integration between SAP SD and other modules like MM (Materials Management), FI (Finance), and WM (Warehouse Management).

• Support End Users:

  Assist in providing user support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems related to SAP SD.

• Documentation and Reporting:

  Help in documenting configuration steps, test cases, and any issues encountered during implementation. Assist in preparing status reports for ongoing projects.

• End-User Training:

  Assist in creating training materials for end-users and participate in conducting training sessions for client teams.

• Project Support:

  Provide support during the project lifecycle, including data migration, go-live support, and post-implementation activities.

• Learning and Development:

  Continuously learn about the latest SAP SD functionalities, updates, and best practices to improve your skills.

Preferred candidate profile

• Educational Background:

  A bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Management, or a related field.

• Basic Knowledge of Business Processes:

  A good understanding of sales processes like order-to-cash (OTC), inventory management, pricing, and billing is beneficial.

• Interest in SAP:

  Strong interest in learning and working with SAP technologies, specifically the SAP SD module.

• Analytical Skills:

  Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions within SAP.

• Communication Skills:

  Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and clients.

• Attention to Detail:

  Ability to work accurately with complex data and ensure correct configurations.

• Team Player:

  Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

• Problem-Solving:

  Strong ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and resolve problems in a timely manner.

• Adaptability:

  Eagerness to learn new tools, technologies, and SAP functionalities.

• Time Management:

  Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.

• SAP Certification in SD Module

  or coursework related to SAP is a plus.

• Exposure to

  ERP systems

  or experience with

  SAP

  in a previous internship or academic project is advantageous.

• Knowledge of

  business process modeling

  or any experience with sales processes.

• Familiarity with SAP Fiori or

  SAP S/4HANA

  is a bonus.
