Job Description

SAP SD (Sales & Distribution):

Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP SD processes: order management, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management.
Configure and optimize SD module settings including condition techniques, output determination, and partner functions.
Manage integration with MM, FI, CO, and WM modules.
Handle complex pricing scenarios, variant configurations, and intercompany processes.
Conduct gap analysis, blueprinting, and functional specification documentation.
Lead testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) and manage transport requests.

SAP CS (Customer Service):

Implement and support SAP CS functionalities: service orders, notifications, warranties, repairs, and installed base management.
Configure service contracts, resource-related billing, and service confirmations.
Integrate CS with SD, PM (Plant Maintenance), and FI modules.
Develop custom solutions for service management using user exits, BAPIs, and enhancement frameworks.

Project Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

Lead SAP rollouts, upgrades, and transformation projects across geographies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Provide mentorship to junior consultants and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
Ensure compliance with SOX, GxP, and other regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Expertise
:

Deep hands-on experience in SAP SD and CS modules.
Strong understanding of integration points with MM, FI, CO, PM.
Experience with WRICEF objects, IDocs, EDI, and batch processing.
Knowledge of S/4HANA and Fiori apps is a plus.

Functional Knowledge
:

Strong domain knowledge in manufacturing, retail, or service industries.
Expertise in Order-to-Cash and Service-to-Cash processes.
Experience in variant configuration and VISTEX is advantageous.

Soft Skills
:

Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead workshops and drive business process improvements.
