SAP SD Consultant

You will be a skilled and experienced SAP SD Consultant with a solid understanding of the order-to-cash (O2C) process. Your main responsibility will be to manage the configuration and implementation of the SAP SD module, including integration with other SAP modules like MM and FI. You should possess excellent functional and communication skills to effectively interact with business users and cross-functional teams. Your role will also involve guiding and mentoring junior consultants to help them translate business/functional requirements into clear technical design specifications and documentation. Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to collaborate across teams, excellent communication, and attention to detail are highly valued in this position. Previous experience working with multicultural clients and teams across different time zones is considered advantageous. Key responsibilities include analyzing business requirements and translating them into SAP SD solutions, configuring and customizing the SAP SD module (Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, Pricing, Credit Management, etc.), handling integration points with MM, FI, and other SAP modules, preparing functional specifications, and collaborating closely with the ABAP team for developments. You will support end-to-end SAP SD implementation, from blueprinting to testing, go-live, and post-go-live support. Additionally, you will provide ongoing production support, troubleshoot SAP SD-related issues, create and maintain system documentation, functional specs, and user manuals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and reliable SAP SD processes is essential. You will conduct training for key users and end-users as required. Having technical awareness about development activities such as FS preparation, debugging knowledge, User Exits, Enhancements, LSMW, BDC applications, BAPIs, BADI development, and background jobs is expected. Your expertise in key SD areas such as sales orders, shipping, billing, pricing procedures, and returns, experience with third-party sales, intercompany billing, and special sales processes, familiarity with IDocs, EDI, and output determination, and understanding of SAP SD integration with MM and FI will be crucial for success in this role. Possessing a certification in SAP SD on S/4HANA, strong communication skills, a positive, proactive attitude, and exposure to SAP S/4HANA SD Fiori applications are considered good-to-have skills.
