Role Overview

SAP SD Consultant

As a key contributor, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient SAP SD solutions that enhance customer experience and operational excellence.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Configure end-to-end

  Order-to-Cash (OTC)

  processes including:
• Contracts, Inquiries, Quotations
  
• Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing
  
• Implement complex SD scenarios such as:
  
• Inter/Intra-company STO
  
• Inter-company Sales
  
• Export Orders
  
• Third-Party Sales
  
• Returns, POD, Rush Orders, FOC
  
• Invoice Corrections
  
• Configure and manage:
  
• Pricing procedures
  
• Credit Management
  
• Shipment Cost
  
• Availability Check (ATP)
  
• Copy Controls
  
• Output Determination
  
• Implement

  Make-to-Order (MTO)

  and

  Make-to-Stock (MTS)

  processes.
• Ensure seamless

  cross-module integration

  with:
• GTS, EWM, PTP, and FTM
  
• SD-FI, SD-MM, SD-PP, SD-QM
  
• Configure and support

  IDoc integrations

  , including:
• Partner profiles
  
• Message types
  
• Monitoring and troubleshooting
  
• Participate in

  blueprinting, configuration, testing, rollout, and production support

  activities.
• Provide functional support and resolve issues through root cause analysis.
  
• Prepare functional specifications and support UAT activities.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 36 years

  of hands-on experience as an

  SAP SD Consultant

  .
• Minimum

  3 years of SAP ECC experience

  .
• Experience in

  2 or more full lifecycle SAP SD implementation projects

  .
• Strong expertise in key SD processes:
  
• Inter/Intra-company STO
  
• Inter-company Sales
  
• Third-Party Sales
  
• Export Orders
  
• Credit Management
  
• Shipment Cost
  
• Pricing
  
• Returns
  
• ATP
  
• Copy Controls & Output
  
• MTO & MTS
  
• Strong understanding of

  SAP SD master data

  and

  organizational structures

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  IDoc configuration and monitoring

  .
• Knowledge of

  financial and accounting integration

  within SD.
• Basic

  ABAP debugging

  skills.

Good to Have

• Exposure to

  SAP S/4HANA SD

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  SAP GTS configuration

  .
• Experience with middleware technologies such as

  PI/PO, APIs, or EDI

  .
