Job Description

Lead
end-to-end SAP SD implementation projects
, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
Provide
post-implementation support
for SD processes, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
Configure and support SAP SD areas including:
Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery & Shipping, Billing & Invoicing.
Credit & Risk Management, Returns, Intercompany & Third-Party Sales.
Output Determination and Revenue Account Determination.
Handle
integration touchpoints
with MM, FI/CO, WM/EWM, and PP.
Manage
ATP (Available-to-Promise)
and scheduling processes.
Conduct
impact analysis and provide solutions
for change requests and enhancements.
Collaborate with
ABAP developers
for custom developments, user exits, BADIs, and reports.
Deliver
functional specifications, test scripts, and end-user training
.
Mentor and support junior team members.
Work closely with business stakeholders to
map requirements into SAP solutions
.
