Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide expertise on SAP IS-Retail solution to clients, ensuring successful implementation and maintenance of retail business processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze client requirements and develop tailored solutions using SAP IS-Retail modules such as Inventory Management, Order Management, Sales Analysis, and more.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients on SAP IS-Retail best practices, configuration, and troubleshooting techniques.
Develop strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in retail domain to identify opportunities for innovation within existing projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-8 years of experience in implementing or supporting SAP IS-Retail solutions.
Strong understanding of SAP HANA platform and its integration with other SAP modules (e.g., FICO).
Proven track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
