Sap Sales distribution with Service Management

As an experienced SAP SD Consultant with expertise in Service Management, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Sales and Distribution processes with a focus on after-sales service, warranty, repairs, and service order management. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP SD/SM solutions. - Configure and customise SAP SD and Service Management modules. - Design and implement solutions for: - Sales order processing - Delivery & billing - Returns & repairs - Warranty management - Service orders & notifications - Resource-related billing (RRB) - Integrate SAP SD with MM, FI, and CS modules. - Collaborate with business stakeholders and end-users to deliver functional designs and process improvements. - Provide support for testing (unit, integration, UAT) and go-live activities. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SD and SM modules. - Create and maintain system documentation, functional specs, and training materials. **Required Skills:** - 5+ years of experience in SAP SD with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations. - Strong hands-on experience in Service Management (SAP SM / CS module). - Knowledge of: - Sales processes (quotations, contracts, pricing, billing) - Service contracts, service orders, and repair processing - Warranty & claim processing - Integration with SAP MM, FI, and PM - Proficient in configuring pricing procedures, output types, and partner determination. - Familiarity with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA. - Experience in preparing functional specifications for RICEFW objects. - Excellent communication and client-facing skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** - SAP Certification in SD or CS module. - Experience with S/4HANA Service or Customer Management module. - Exposure to SAP CRM or C4C service scenarios. - Background in manufacturing, automotive, or services industry.
