You will support clients in the selection, implementation, and support of SAP PM Module, utilizing your consulting skills, business knowledge, and SAP solution expertise to integrate SAP technology into the clients' business environment successfully. Your role will focus on achieving client expected end-to-end PM business processes transformation into SAP S/4HANA. To excel in this position, you must have 10+ years of experience in SAP PM, with preference given to SAP Certified candidates who have completed at least four end-to-end implementations and two S/4HANA green or brownfield implementations. Additionally, global implementation experience is required. **Duties and Responsibilities:** - Demonstrate strong SAP technical, configuration, and business area knowledge in the PM module. - Possess 3 full life cycle implementation experiences in SAP and other Enterprise Software Solutions, including DMS systems. - Prepare Business Blueprint for SAP Plant Maintenance with extensive expertise in Industry Mapping. - Develop Master Data loading templates and export data from legacy systems using various methods. - Design and implement planning and scheduling solutions for equipment management projects. - Create effective equipment maintenance plans while adhering to budget constraints. - Experience with SAP R/3 4.6x, 4.7x and ECC 6.0 & ehp6, specializing in SCM, LAM, EAM, and PM. - Meet deadlines, adapt to changing requirements, and manage conflict resolutions effectively. - Utilize mobile solutions for work orders and inventory management. - Collaborate with different departments to resolve business issues and enhance procedures. - Implement best business practices aligned with SAP functionality. - Apply SAP ASAP methodology and SAP Methodology in project implementations. - Configure PM processes in S/4HANA, understanding simplifications in the PM module. - Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP PM, focusing on the PM information system. - Execute data migration cockpit tasks in S4HANA and have hands-on experience in PP, MM, LE, FI, and SD. - Analyze complex business process requirements and provide system solutions. - Write RICEFW specifications for custom development and work with BADIP, BAPI, and third-party interfaces. - Lead STP value stream in global implementation and guide the PM Team in Implementations. - Ensure successful SAP implementation by providing functional expertise, guidance, and instruction to clients. - Work on Order Management OTC process components and Edi and Idoc Processing. **Qualifications:** - Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (EE/EC/CS/IT). - Have a minimum of 10 years of SAP PM Configuration experience. - Completed at least four full lifecycle SAP implementations and two full lifecycle S/4HANA greenfield implementations. - Demonstrate strong knowledge of business processes like imported, indigenous, service, assets, and subcontracting procurement. - Analytical problem-solving skills with strong organizational abilities. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with good interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as a team player, managing workload efficiently. - Capable of multitasking and working under tight deadlines. - Effective problem solver with a willingness to travel when required. - Reading and understanding of ABAP code preferred.
