SAP S/4HANA PM Lead

In this role, you will support clients in the selection, implementation, and support of SAP PM Module. Your consulting skills, business knowledge, and SAP solution expertise will be utilized to effectively integrate SAP technology into the clients" business environment, ensuring the transformation of E2E PM business processes into SAP S/4HANA. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 10+ years of experience in SAP PM, with preference given to SAP Certified candidates. Your experience should include four E2E implementations and two E2E S/4HANA green or brown field implementations, along with global implementation exposure. **Key Responsibilities:** - Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Plant Maintenance to enhance clients" business functionality and overall performance, ensuring high customer satisfaction. - Demonstrate strong SAP technical, configuration, and business area knowledge in the PM module. - Lead the preparation of Business Blueprint for SAP Plant Maintenance, considering Industry Mapping. - Develop Master Data loading templates and export data from legacy systems using various methods. - Design and implement planning and scheduling solutions for managing major projects. - Create efficient equipment maintenance plans while adhering to budget constraints. - Utilize SAP solutions for Supply Chain Management, Linear Asset Management, Enterprise Asset Management, and Plant Maintenance. - Translate functional knowledge into using Mobile solutions efficiently for work orders and inventory management. - Collaborate with various groups within the company to resolve business issues and implement best practices. - Configure PM processes in S/4HANA and possess knowledge of simplifications in the PM module. - Provide expertise in SAP Customer Service and Material Management. - Lead the STP value stream in global implementations and the PM Team in Implementations. - Write RICEFW specifications for custom development and work with BADIP, BAPI, and third-party interfaces. - Analyze complex business process requirements, identify customer needs, and provide suitable system solutions. - Hands-on experience with data migration cockpit in S4HANA is essential. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (EE/EC/CS/IT). - Minimum 10 years of SAP PM Configuration experience. - Experience in at least four full lifecycle SAP implementations and two S/4HANA greenfield implementations. - Strong knowledge of various business processes and procurement types. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently or as part of a team, manage workload, and meet tight deadlines. - Willingness to travel as required.,
