SAP S4 HANA Development Migration Consultant

As an experienced SAP S4 HANA Development Migration Consultant with strong expertise in ABAP and S/4 Migration Cockpit, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Lead and execute SAP S/4 HANA data migration projects using Migration Cockpit. - Manage migration topics such as planning, tracking, reporting, cutover planning, and consulting. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI, MM, WM, IM, PP, NTP-PP, PM, Procurement) to gather requirements and define migration rules. - Analyse and design business objects, dependencies, and migration strategies. - Provide technical migration consulting, ensuring quality and timely delivery. - Act as a team leader, driving migration activities with a servant leadership mindset. - Participate in strategic migration initiatives (tool evaluation, automation, process optimisation). Qualifications Required: - SAP S4 HANA ABAP with Migration Cockpit minimum 4 years relevant experience. - At least 1 rollout project for 5-7 years exp. / 2 rollouts for 7+ years exp. - Strong knowledge of SAP processes for data migration. - Experience in business analysis, technical solution design, and customer-facing roles. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities. - Additional tool knowledge (e.g., SNP Crystal) is an added advantage.,
