SAP S4 HANA Development Migration Consultant

Role Overview: You are a skilled SAP S4 HANA Development Migration Consultant with expertise in ABAP and S/4 Migration Cockpit. Your role involves leading and executing data migration projects within S/4 HANA. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the success of end-to-end data migration projects. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and execute SAP S/4 HANA data migration projects using Migration Cockpit. - Manage migration topics such as planning, tracking, reporting, cutover planning, and consulting. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define migration rules. - Analyse and design business objects, dependencies, and migration strategies. - Provide technical migration consulting, ensuring quality and timely delivery. - Act as a team leader, driving migration activities with a servant leadership mindset. - Participate in strategic migration initiatives such as tool evaluation, automation, and process optimization. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in SAP S4 HANA ABAP with Migration Cockpit. - At least 1 rollout project for 5-7 years of experience or 2 rollouts for 7+ years of experience. - Strong knowledge of SAP processes for data migration. - Experience in business analysis, technical solution design, and customer-facing roles. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities. - Additional tool knowledge such as SNP Crystal is considered an added advantage.,
