SAP Release Manager

As an experienced SAP S/4HANA Release Management & DevOps Lead, your role involves overseeing the release and deployment processes for SAP S/4HANA systems within the organization. You will collaborate with development, operations, and business teams to deliver high-quality, reliable, and efficient software solutions. Your responsibilities include designing, implementing, and managing the release and DevOps strategy for SAP S/4HANA projects. This entails overseeing release cycles, automating deployment pipelines, and enhancing system stability through DevOps practices. Key Responsibilities: - Define and implement SAP S/4HANA release management processes - Oversee SAP Change Request Management (ChaRM) - Develop release schedules and implement risk management strategies - Drive DevOps adoption in SAP environments - Implement automated testing, code quality checks, and transport automation - Ensure version control and rollback procedures with development teams - Monitor and optimize performance, security, and compliance in SAP release processes - Analyze key release KPIs and system performance metrics for continuous improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide regular status updates to leadership Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - 14+ years of SAP experience with 3+ years in SAP Release Management & DevOps roles - Expertise in SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), ChaRM, TMS, CTS+ - Experience with DevOps automation tools like Jenkins, Git, Ansible, Terraform, and Azure DevOps - Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset Additional Company Details: The company values individuals who are proactive, collaborative, and dedicated to driving innovation in SAP environments.
