Job Description

SAP RCM ONB

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Configuration:

Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB) modules.
Perform end-to-end implementations including requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and system configuration.

Integration:

Ensure seamless integration between Employee Central (EC), Recruiting, and Onboarding modules.

Data Management:

Handle data migration, master data setup, and perform system audits for data integrity.

Testing & Support:

Develop test scripts, conduct UAT, and resolve issues post-implementation.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for RCM and ONB modules.

Client Engagement & Training:

Liaise with business stakeholders to understand requirements and advise best practices.
Deliver end-user training and prepare documentation (configuration guides, user manuals).

Process Optimization:

Identify process gaps and recommend improvements aligned with SAP best practices.
