Role Overview

SAP RAR Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and implementation of

  SAP RAR module

  across full lifecycle projects.
• Manage

  end-to-end RAR processes

  including revenue recognition, intercompany transactions, eliminations, and consolidations.
• Act as

  RAR lead

  in at least 2–3 full lifecycle implementations, ensuring successful delivery of scope, timelines, and quality.
• Support

  integration of RAR with other SAP modules

  (FI/CO, SD, MM, and S/4HANA where applicable).
• Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and define business processes.
  
• Oversee and guide

  onshore and offshore teams

  , ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project governance.
• Provide

  post-implementation support

  , enhancements, and training to end-users.

Required Skills (Must-Have)

1. In-depth knowledge of

   SAP Revenue Accounting and Recognition (RAR) module

   .
2. Proven experience with

   multi-national company finance operations

   , covering intercompany transactions, eliminations, and financial consolidations.
3. Hands-on experience as

   RAR Lead

   on at least 2–3 FLC implementations, and as a

   sub-module lead

   on at least 5–8 implementations, with strong offshore/onshore team management experience.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to

  SAP S/4HANA implementations

  .
• Knowledge of

  ASC 606 / IFRS 15 revenue recognition standards

  .
• Experience with integration to

  reporting and BI tools
