Job Title: SAP QA Lead
Location: Hybrid (Bangalore )/ Remote Experience: 7+ yearsKey Responsibilities: Lead Fit/Gap analysis workshops and define test scope. Develop Test Strategy, Test Plan, and set up Test Lab. Create and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM). Oversee test script development, execution of functional/integration tests. Coordinate UAT meetings, report status, manage test activities. Work closely with SAP functional/technical teams to resolve defects and ensure quality.Qualifications: 7+ years QA/Test Lead experience, ideally in SAP projects. Strong test planning, strategy development, requirements mapping skills. Excellent stakeholder communication, leadership and coordination abilities. Familiarity with test tools and end-to-end business process testing in an SAP context.
