Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Configure and support SAP QM modules including Master Data and transactional processes.
Analyze complex business requirements and deliver appropriate SAP solutions.
Map client business processes and objectives to SAP functionalities.
Prepare functional design documents, test cases, and results documentation.
Customize, configure, and test SAP QM solutions.
Understand and support Computer System Validation (CSV) processes.
Manage emergency transports and high-priority changes.
Collaborate across integrated modules like PP, MM, and WM.
Prepare documentation such as FS, URS, and DMS-related processes.
Interface experience with LES and LIMS systems.
Provide BAU support, manage SLA processes, and handle tickets.
Handle customer escalations and collaborate with external stakeholders.

Skills Required:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP QM configuration.
Strong integration knowledge with SAP MM and PP modules.
Familiarity with tools like Veeva, ALM, Solman, and ServiceNow.
Good understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Request Management).
Pharmaceutical industry experience is a strong advantage.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
