SAP Project Systems

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced SAP PS Consultant who can lead design workshops, gather business requirements, and deliver high-quality SAP Project Systems solutions. The consultant will work closely with client stakeholders, understand project management processes, and design/configure SAP PS to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client workshops to gather and validate business requirements.

• Design, configure, and implement SAP Project Systems (PS) solutions.

• Map business processes into SAP PS covering WBS, networks, milestones, costs, budgets, resources, and integration with other modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP).

• Provide functional expertise and guide the client in best practices.

• Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).

• Collaborate with technical teams, integration teams, and business users.

• Conduct system testing, training, and cutover activities.

• Act as a trusted advisor to client project managers and key users.

• Hands-on experience with PS integration to FI/CO, MM, SD, and PP.

• Experience in leading workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
