SAP Project Manager - SAP B1 to ECC Migration

As a SAP Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex, multi-country SAP Business One (B1) to SAP ECC migration projects. Your role will involve deep knowledge of SAP landscapes, strong project management capabilities, and a successful track record in global, multi-entity environments. Your key responsibilities will include leading end-to-end planning and execution of SAP B1 to ECC migration programs, managing cross-functional teams, creating detailed project plans, coordinating data mapping activities, ensuring effective integration of core modules, acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, enforcing project governance processes, and leading testing and post-migration support planning. To excel in this role, you should have at least 10 years of experience in SAP Project Management, with a minimum of 2 full-cycle SAP B1 to ECC migrations. You should possess a strong understanding of SAP Business One and ECC architectures, data models, and business processes. Additionally, having project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Activate will be beneficial. Strong stakeholder management, project governance, reporting skills, familiarity with data migration tools and methodologies, experience in cross-cultural team leadership, and excellent communication skills are essential for this position.,
