As an experienced SAP Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery for SAP IT projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading project planning, delivery, internal customer interaction, troubleshooting, and people management. - Ensuring standardized integrated solutions across the organization. - Leading and deploying IT projects effectively. - Managing project finances, including budgeting and profitability analysis. - Proactively identifying changes in work scope and managing communication with stakeholders. - Overseeing all SAP project activities and ensuring successful execution. Your qualifications should include: - 10 to 15 years of experience in SAP, with at least 5+ years in project/program management. - Experience in 3-5 end-to-end SAP implementation projects, including conversion projects and an in-depth understanding of RISE WITH SAP. - Working knowledge in SAP Functional Modules like PP, QM, WM, PM, FICO, MM, SD, PS, EWM. - Certification in SAP Activate/PMP is an added advantage. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to build customer relationships. - Accurate planning and estimation of project schedule, resources, cost, and scope. - Strong leadership skills to achieve collective success within the team.
