SAP Professional (CCM & Analytics Specialist)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP professional with a strong background in process and data analytics. The ideal candidate will specialize in designing and implementing Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM) solutions to proactively identify process inefficiencies, compliance gaps, and commercial risks.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 58 years of SAP experience, with at least 3+ years in CCM, Process Analytics, or GRC solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC or S/4HANA modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, or others relevant to process monitoring).
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (SAP BW, HANA, SQL, Power BI, or similar).
• Hands-on experience in designing automated controls and building monitoring frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement CCM solutions within SAP to monitor business-critical processes.
• Analyze large datasets to identify process inefficiencies, risks, and anomalies.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define monitoring rules and control requirements.
• Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to management.
• Ensure CCM solutions are aligned with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks.
• Support process improvement initiatives by recommending automation and optimization opportunities.
• Provide end-user training and documentation to enhance adoption of CCM tools.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with internal audit, compliance, or risk management frameworks.
• Knowledge of process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, SAP Signavio).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Must Have Technical System Expertise

• SAP ECC/S/4HANA: In-depth knowledge of the SAP system architecture and its modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, HR).
• SAP data tables: A deep understanding of key tables in SAP ECC (e.g., LFA1, VBAK, BKPF) and how they link together.
• SAP HANA: Knowledge of the transition to HANA, including the new data model and the use of CDS (Core Data Services) views for simplified data access.
• Integration: Understanding how to connect the CCM tool to SAP and other relevant systems to pull in real-time data.

Analytics & Data Science Skills

• Data modeling: Understanding how to structure and link data from different sources to support analytical queries.
• Query languages: Proficiency in languages like SQL to extract and analyze data.
• Statistical analysis: The ability to identify trends, outliers, and patterns in data that may indicate a control issue.
