Job Description

As an SAP Production Planning (SAP PP) professional in our organization, your role is crucial for the efficient planning, execution, and control of production processes. You will play a vital role in ensuring seamless integration between production planning and other key business processes, ultimately contributing to the overall operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Implementing and configuring the SAP PP module to meet business requirements - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand production needs and develop effective planning strategies - Creating and maintaining master data related to production planning, including material master, work center, and routing - Developing and optimizing production schedules to meet demand while maximizing resource utilization - Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and drive process enhancements - Managing production orders, capacity planning, and shop floor activities within SAP PP - Ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements in production processes - Providing end-user support, training, and documentation for SAP PP functionalities - Leading continuous improvement initiatives to streamline production processes and reduce operational costs - Participating in system upgrades, enhancements, and testing activities related to SAP PP Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field - 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Production Planning implementation and support - Extensive knowledge of the SAP PP module, including configuration and customization - Strong understanding of master data management principles within SAP ERP - Proven expertise in production scheduling, capacity planning, and shop floor control - Experience in integrating SAP PP with other modules such as MM, SD, and QM - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization - Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization - Familiarity with supply chain management concepts and best practices - Good project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently,
