Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate in-depth understanding of SAP solutions and relevant industries to establish credibility with potential clients. Provide evidence through relevant customer success stories. - Assist in completing RFx documents to support customer proposals. - Engage with clients to comprehend their needs, scope projects, identify solutions, communicate business advantages and use cases, and outline a roadmap to achieve their objectives. - Develop innovative solution designs leveraging a diverse range of service offerings. - Interpret client requirements (RFP/RFI), summarize key points, and effectively communicate client needs. - Participate in meetings with internal and external stakeholders such as Delivery Managers, Account Managers, Client Partners, as well as Vertical and Horizontal teams. Qualification Required: - Prior experience in bid and delivery solutioning, including core delivery responsibilities within the relevant technology domain. - Proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA. - Experience in multiple functional workstreams (EWM, FICO, SD, SF, Ariba, Customer, IBP) or comprehensive solution architecture. - Hands-on involvement in designing end-to-end solutions for implementation RFPs as a solution architect. - Business development experience (minimum 2 years, total experience 7-11 years) with exposure to SAP Delivery. Thorough understanding of SAP and its integration with other applications/systems within an IT landscape. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with a creative approach to problem-solving. - Familiarity with Methodologies such as Activate, Agile, SDLC, SCRUM, and other industry business fundamentals, displaying a quick learning curve. - Previous collaboration with onsite teams in business development or project delivery. - Proficient in MS Office products (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
