SAP Pre-Sales

Role Overview: As a SAP Pre-sales specialist, your role is to assist the sales team with pre-sales technical knowledge and presentations to potential clients. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, conducting product demonstrations, preparing and presenting product proposals, and RFIs. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the sales team with pre-sales technical knowledge and presentations. - Understand customer requirements and provide sales support. - Conduct product demonstrations, both online and face-to-face. - Prepare and present product proposals and RFIs. - Generate new sales opportunities by identifying potential clients and understanding their needs. - Respond to technical and functional product queries during the sales process. - Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure coordination and smooth execution of sales processes. - Train the sales team on the technical aspects of the product or service. - Stay up-to-date with product developments and updates. - Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to promote the company's solutions. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience in a pre-sales or sales support role. - Strong technical knowledge of the product or service being sold. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to understand and articulate customer requirements. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in CRM software and sales support tools.
