Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP PP processes specific to Pharma manufacturing (Batch Management, Process Orders, Campaign Planning).
• Set up and maintain Master Data (Material Master, BOM, Recipes, Resources, Work Centers).
• Work with Planning strategies, MRP, and Capacity Planning tailored for regulated environments.
• Manage Production Orders and Process Orders with serialization, batch tracking, and expiry management.
• Collaborate with QM for in-process quality checks, release procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure alignment with GMP/GxP guidelines in SAP system design and configuration.
• Support cross-functional integration with MM, SD, WM, and QM.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of SAP PP configuration and support experience.

• Pharma industry experience (mandatory)

  good understanding of compliance, validation, and regulated manufacturing processes.
• Expertise in Batch Management, Recipe Management, and Process Industry functionality.
• Knowledge of integration with QM, MM, and WM.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Life Sciences.
• SAP PP Certification.
• Exposure to SAP S/4 HANA PP and Pharma Serialization solutions (advantage).
