Role Overview: As a candidate for the position, you will be expected to possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work in international environments, and technical expertise in HRIS systems. Your role will involve setting up P2P Integration and UI Mashup with EC and EC Time, implementing BTP Standard iFlow, Custom iFlow, and ALE integrations with external systems, analyzing CSRD reporting requirements and configuring CPI Integration in SuccessFactors Analytics (SFA), monitoring system performance, ensuring effective implementation of updates and improvements, as well as generating system performance reports and analytical insights. Key Responsibilities: - Set up P2P Integration and UI Mashup with EC and EC Time. - Implement BTP Standard iFlow, Custom iFlow, and ALE integrations with external systems. - Analyze CSRD reporting requirements and configure CPI Integration in SuccessFactors Analytics (SFA). - Continuously monitor system performance, ensuring updates and improvements are implemented effectively. - Generate system performance reports and analytical insights. Qualifications Required: - Experience with P2P Integration, UI Mashup, SAP BTP iFlow, and ALE integration. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment. - Advanced MS Office skills, with high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. - Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under time pressure. - Self-motivated, proactive approach to problem-solving, and independent working style. Please note that the preferred skills include familiarity with CSRD reporting requirements and CPI Integration in SFA, as well as additional language proficiency beyond English.
