Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and configure
SAP PaPM
models to support business profitability and performance analysis.
Design and deliver solutions in
SAP CO
including
Cost Center Accounting
,
Profit Center Accounting
,
Internal Orders
, and
Product Costing
.
Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Develop and maintain business rules, functions, and logic within the SAP PaPM modeling framework.
Integrate PaPM with SAP S/4HANA or ECC modules (FI, CO, BW) and non-SAP data sources.
Perform data validation, testing, and debugging of PaPM models and reports.
Provide user training and support during UAT and post-go-live phases.
Contribute to project documentation, solution design, and ongoing support activities.
Stay updated on SAP innovations and best practices related to PaPM and controlling.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of experience in SAP Controlling (CO) and at least
12 years hands-on experience in SAP PaPM
.
Strong understanding of financial planning, cost allocations, and profitability analysis.
Experience with SAP FICO, BW/4HANA, or S/4HANA is highly preferred.
Proficiency in designing data models, rules, and functions in SAP PaPM.
Familiarity with SAP HANA modeling, SQL scripting, and integration with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Skills:

Certification in SAP FICO or PaPM.
Experience in performance optimization and scenario modeling in SAP PaPM.
Knowledge of SAP BPC, Group Reporting, or SAC Planning.
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional project teams.
Prior experience in consulting or large transformation projects.
