Overview: SAP Operator Job discription**

The SAP Operator is responsible for managing the daily operations of the SAP system. This includes monitoring system performance, managing user access, troubleshooting issues, and performing regular maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills and be capable of working independently and as part of a team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Monitor SAP system performance to ensure system availability.

- Manage user access and permissions within the SAP system.

- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues.

- Perform regular system maintenance and updates.

- Coordinate with the IT department and other teams for system upgrades and migrations.

- Document system changes and user requests.

- Provide support and training to end-users as needed.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- A minimum of 3 years of experience working with SAP systems.

- Strong understanding of SAP modules and functionalities.

- Experience in system monitoring and troubleshooting.

- Excellent problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
